The K2 Sidecar Youth Snowboard is designed to make learning easier while giving young riders the confidence to explore more of the mountain. Its Twin Rocker Profile and true twin design provide smooth turn initiation and a consistent feel in either direction, while the Aspen Core and Biax fiberglass deliver a forgiving flex with dependable stability. A Catch Free™ Tune helps prevent unwanted edge catches, and the durable Extruded 2000 base offers a fast, low maintenance ride that can handle plenty of progression.
- Sintered 4000 Base: Our Sintered 4000 base absorbs wax deep into the material for relentless glide and unrivaled durability.
- Aspen Core: A single species of wood ensures consistency - giving riders the advantage of a proven flex, durability, and snap.
- Biax Fiberglass: A fiberglass weave intersecting at 90º angles provides the proper torsional flexibility and strength.
- Hybritech™ Construction: Backed by years of rigorous testing, Hybritech™ is the lightest weight, most durable snowboard construction on the market. Removing all excess sidewall material in the tip and tail and adding a 3D capped edge to increase the bond strength of the fiberglass and decrease the swing weight of the board is what makes Hybritech™ so revolutionary.
