Simply present the card when you make a purchase in store, and the amount of the purchase will be automatically deducted from the available credit on the card. Your Prepaid Card can be used as often as you like until a zero balance is reached on the card. Gift Cards are non-refundable, have no cash value, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Once the entire Card amount has been spent, it can no longer be used as a method of payment. To use the Prepaid Card at a point-of-sale terminal, simply present it to a sales associate at the check-out desk.

There is an expiry date on the back of each Prepaid Card; this is when the plastic expires. However, funds on your prepaid card never expire and a record is maintained of all transactions on the card to ensure that if your card expires there is a way to issue a new one. If funds remain on the Prepaid Gift Card after the Valid Thru Date, please call 833.884.6900 to have a replacement card issued and mailed to you at no cost. The balance on the replacement card will be equal to the balance on the discontinued card.

No, the Prepaid Gift Card cannot be used for ATM cash withdrawal.
Merchandise returns cannot be loaded back on to the Source for Sports Third-Party White Prepaid Card. In the event of a return, store staff may load the refundable amount onto another store gift card or issue a store credit, depending on the merchant.
If your purchase is larger than your balance, ask the cashier to process the prepaid card for the exact amount available on the card; then pay the remaining balance with another form of payment. These are called “split transactions.” Some merchants do not allow cardholders to conduct split transactions.
If your Source for Sports Prepaid Gift Card has been lost or stolen, please call Customer Service immediately at 833.884.6900. To get a new Prepaid Card, you will need your original purchase receipt.
