Your Minor Hockey Association must register for the program by filling out an application. The Super Sport Program is ONLY for tyke and novice divisions.
The entire Tyke and Novice divisions must participate – we cannot host single teams.
There must be a hosting Source For Sports location in your area. (Please note that not all Source For Sports locations host the Super Sport program). 
The Minor Hockey Association must agree to allow the hosting Source For Sports store representative to attend the tyke and novice coach meeting to explain the Program, and distribute the coach kits at the beginning of the season (this will take 15 minutes only).
The tyke and novice coaches must agree to distribute only one prize coupon and award certificate per game or practice to a player that has demonstrated the qualities of a Super Sport: this could be helping a team mate, learning a new skill, passing the puck, encouraging others, showing good sportsmanship, having fun!
